RETURNS & REFUNDS

We realise that when ordering online, sometimes there are reasons why you may need to return your product. Our aim is to make this as painless as possible.

Here you will find all of the information you should need to return a product to us.

You can return or exchange any all non-personalised goods bought from our website within 14 days of receiving your item. Please do tell us of your intention to return your item.

Simply email hello@weloveretail.co.uk with your full name and order number and our team will provide you with our returns information.

Please include the order confirmation with the goods, or your name and order number, so that we know whom they are from.

When we get the goods back we will issue a full refund for the price of the goods returned. Our only stipulation is that they are in a saleable condition, in other words:

The tags have not been removed, packaging is intact, he packaging is returned.

We will issue and confirm the refund within 5 working days of receiving your return but it may take a further 3 or 4 days for the refund to show in your account.

Unfortunately, you cannot return any products that are personalised or made specifically for you. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for our full returns and refunds policy.
